- Q: Does your industrial grade PCB comply with international standards and certifications?A:Of course. Shanxu Group attaches great importance to compliance. Our industrial grade PCBs comply with or exceed international standards such as IPC Class 2 and Class 3, UL (Underwriters Laboratories), RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive), and REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization, and Restriction of Chemicals). We also offer customized certifications based on specific customer requirements, including military specifications and automotive grade standards.
- Q: What is your product warranty policy?A: Shanxu Group provides a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of delivery. During this period, if any PCB fails to meet our specified performance standards due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the defective parts for you free of charge. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Q: How to initiate the return or exchange process for defective products?A: If you encounter any questions about the product, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will guide you through the return process, including submitting proof of purchase, problem description, and applicable photos or videos. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the repair, replacement, or refund request according to your warranty terms.

We accept wire transfers, credit card payments through secure gateways (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), and PayPal. For large orders or corporate clients, we can also arrange for letters of credit or other trade financing options. Please contact our sales team for more details.
- Q: How long will it take to receive the goods after placing the order?A: The logistics time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. Standard air freight usually takes 5-10 working days, while express delivery options can be delivered within 2-4 working days.
